Wir haben Plattenschmelzer f\u00fcr 20 kg- und 200 kg-F\u00e4sser entwickelt, sowohl mit Zahnrad- als auch mit Kolbenpumpen. Die Wahl der Pumpe h\u00e4ngt von den Anforderungen der jeweiligen Anwendung ab. Zahnradpumpen sind f\u00fcr die F\u00f6rderung von Fl\u00fcssigkeiten mit h\u00f6herer Viskosit\u00e4t ausgelegt, w\u00e4hrend Kolbenpumpen eher f\u00fcr Fl\u00fcssigkeiten mit niedrigerer Viskosit\u00e4t geeignet sind.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Abgabe- und Dosiersysteme f\u00fcr Zweikomponentenkleber<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Tanksysteme mit Beh\u00e4ltern von 1 Liter bis 100 Liter, mit R\u00fchrwerken, Heizung, K\u00fchlung, automatischem Bef\u00fcllsystem, Dosiersystemen mit Zahnrad-, Kolben-, Spritzen- oder Membranpumpen.<\/li>\n<li>Druckplatten-Dosiersysteme:<br \/>\nSysteme f\u00fcr 20-kg-F\u00e4sser und 200-kg-F\u00e4sser, Doppel- oder Vierfach-Fasssysteme, die einen Fasswechsel ohne Ausfallzeiten erm\u00f6glichen, Systeme mit klimatisierten Kabinen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"western\">D\u00fcsenk\u00f6pfe und Beschichtungseinheiten<\/h3>\n<p>Wir haben Warmwalzk\u00f6pfe, K\u00f6pfe, f\u00fcr Zapfen, f\u00fcr Punkte, mit Formd\u00fcsen f\u00fcr Profilkopien, Beschichtungsk\u00f6pfe mit variablen Breiten von 70 bis 3000 mm und Walzen mit Rakeln entwickelt.<br \/>\nStatische and dynamische Mischer, Spr\u00fchk\u00f6pfe f\u00fcr statische und dynamische Mischer, Griffe f\u00fcr Dosierpistolen, Kammk\u00f6pfe f\u00fcr das Dosieren auf Paneele.<br \/>\nWalzenauftrafsmaschinen verschiedener Typen, verschiedener Gr\u00f6\u00dfen und verschiedener Walzenheizsysteme.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Automatisierung von Linien und Anlagen<\/h3>\n<p>Wir haben zahlreiche Automatisierungen f\u00fcr die Bewegung der K\u00f6pfe und der zu verklebenden Produkte entwickelt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Klebestra\u00dfen f\u00fcr Sandwichpaneele, zu laminierende Paneele, Transportwalzen, Dosierportale;<\/li>\n<li>Systeme mit anthropomorphen Robotern f\u00fcr Bordsteinkanten verschiedener Art;<\/li>\n<li>kartesische Systeme mit 2-3 interpolierten Achsen;<\/li>\n<li>Karussell-Spritzgussmaschinen f\u00fcr die Ausgabe und den Zusammenbau;<\/li>\n<li>mobile Armen, manuelle Ger\u00e4te, B\u00e4nke und Rollenbahnen, Matratzenlinien;<\/li>\n<li>Papierverklebungsanlagen mit Schmelz- und Kaltleim mit Walzen und Spr\u00fchk\u00f6pfen;<\/li>\n<li>halbautomatische Boxenlinien;<\/li>\n<li>Maschinen und Anlagen f\u00fcr die Herstellung verschiedener Arten von Filtern.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section><br
